Psychotherapy is a way to help you work through, and process difficult feelings and experiences. We all find life overwhelming at times. Within the context of a trusted and confidential relationship, I work within a psychodynamic framework, helping explore links between past and present. It is very much a collaborative process and of course every person is different. A range of difficulties can be helped by psychotherapy, some of which might include; stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, family problems, addictions or difficulties in the workplace.

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week to maintain a consistency and a rhythm to the therapy. I also offer the use of creative materials (drawing, painting, clay or sandplay therapy) in sessions alongside traditional ‘talking’ therapy.
